That's very good advice. I tend to overreact when the conversation turns from debating politics or trans month to personal attacks on my family members. Thats pretty much the catalyst every time . I genuinely hope Toby finds peace as he comes across as very damaged. Apologies for my reaction there are no winners when we get personal.
It's a tried and trusted tactic by people like Toby, attack the poster not the post. Very easy to make **** up in your head about someone you have never met but a bit harder to counter a post with facts.
You see it all too frequently, especially around topics like mutilating children or the latest ESG funded message aimed at destroying society . Rather than put together a defence for trans athletes in women's sport or mutilating autistic children into the rainbow sex cult. They become emotional, hysterical & unhinged choosing personal attacks or violence. It usually means they lost the argument & scream at the moon . Almost like demonic possession & holy water being splashed on them.
