I think it would suit both parties at the moment. Personally the sooner he goes the better. Was great last season but now its time for him to move on.

QPR ready to sell sulking midfielder Taarabt to PSG

Nov 13 2011 by Dean Jones, The People

QPR are ready to sell Adel Taarabt in January – with PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN set to make a new offer.

Egotistical midfielder Taarabt, 22, has failed to hit the heights of last season’s promotion romp.

And high-profile stars Joey Barton and Shaun Wright-Phillips have both been stunned by the preferential treatment he has received at the club.

Owner Tony Fernandes has now run out of patience with the moody Moroccan, who has failed to score in this campaign.

Boss Neil Warnock has tried to support Taarabt, but PSG are expected to lodge an offer to take the player to France.

Any misgivings Warnock might feel will be offset by the green light from Fernandes to sign up to five big names to help the Hoops avoid relegation.

Cash from the sale of Taarabt will be available.

    Or Naples
    ==========

Napoli target QPR's Taarabt and Faurlin as Italians look to bolster midfield By Sportsmail Reporter

High-flying Serie A side Napoli are plotting a double swoop for QPR duo Adel Taarabt and Alejandro Faurlin.
Taarabt has long been linked with a move away from Loftus Road and a potential £16million move to Paris St Germain collapsed in the summer.
And now Napoli, who are in Manchester City's group in the Champions League, have made contact with the Moroccan's representatives.
On the move? Adel Taarabt (right) has been linked with a move away
Fellow midfielder Faurlin is also on their radar after an impressive start to the Premier League season.
Taarabt, 22, said: ‘I’m flattered by my name being linked with an enormous club like Napoli.
Italy bound? Alejandro Faurlin (right) and Taarabt could be off to Napoli
‘QPR know there is interest so it is up to them but I am happy to win games for them and the future will tell.’

If he does go then watch him grow
Most will say he wasn't good enough on here after 10 games!
He will shine worldwide and we will be known as the team that sold him because he couldn't fit with the English talent we had at the time ... A over rated gobby fool did the trick

    AT is special
I hope he stays as in one match he has enough to shut us all up

A bit harsh Ruislip, i agree he has not played well so far. Would like to see him sit on the bench for a while to try and deflate his ego and make him realise that he is not bigger than the team anymore. IF and its a big IF he could change his attitude, then he could be a very important player for us. If he continues to sulk then, yes, sell him in Jan.

I'd be a lot more concerned that Faurlin may be off, let's hope we resist any move for him...

Did anyone else read a few months ago that Taarabt retired from international football with Morocco because he wasn't picked in the starting 11 for a friendly!

He'll join PSG and then say he is as good as Messi!

He is a joke of a player!

the money from his sale and the players we buy will more than make up for losing him. Class and all that he was last season he has flattered to deceive this season so far, and i think his heart is not totally in QPR. I also cant sign up to the theory that he got us in the premier lge. He was a v important part of a very well organised team, which had so many vital cogs, all as important as the other.

i don't think we can just write him off already, i still think he can come good. also, with the start he's had, how much is he worth right now? then add in the 40% sell on to spurs and it wouldn't really be worth our while.

really hope that we can fend off any interest in ali too, was only a matter of time before his name started getting banded about.

We know he quit the moroccan team, stop with the obvious and the psychic quotes about what he will say in the futureand **** off back to your own board. When we want your opinion we'll ask.

It may seem like a good move for all concerned at the moment, but I am very confident if we sell him we will regret it further down the line as he continues to grow as a player. People say he hasn't played well this season are basing it on the Fulham game (where everyone had a shocker) and the Spurs game (where admittedly he was awful). But I think he started the season reasonably well, he had learned to track back a bit more and was passing very well. A lot of this negativity has come from the fact that he hasn't scored, but he has hit the woodwork three times and was denied penalty taking duties by HH. He could easily be our top scorer!
However, because of his attitude and the way things are going without him, it's probably right that he should leave and he probably will. But a couple of bad games in the premiership does not, for me, mean he isn't premiership quality.

Loosing Ali Faurlin would be a disaster.

AT is one of the most talented players we have had at Rangers for quite a while, and whilst he hasn't scored he has made a contribution to where we are right now. if we sell him, Spuds get 40% of transfer fee - and depending on what the fee is and how much is offered. TF has already said to NW that money is available in Jan - so IF for example we are looking at spending £2 mill Bassong, £8 mill Defeo, Nedum, £3.5 then maybe he should be sold to fund these playes transfer fees - don't forget this doesn't include wages. I maybe greedy but I would also like to see anelka come in - or maybe At's mate from Arsenal (Chamka) (apologies for having a name nightmare this morning).

Only TF and NW know what they want fo QPR and I will trust them to make the right decision. However, to let Faulin leave..........only for £20 mil and then and only then we will have enough cash to potentially get a replacement.

i honestly think Adel will make a top player but i dont think his heart is with us he wants a move to France, the standard of football in france is not as good as the premier league, championship standard at best and he may feel that he will shine in that arena,if it was a choice of losing Adel or Ali Faulin then its good bye Adel and good luck.
