We’re £4.95 a carling. £9.99 for a pie and a pint. The pie if you cut open at the start of the season is still the temperature of lava now
Always feel it’s a bit of a false economy with football clubs. If they priced in line with pubs you’d get far more people in before and after games and make more overall but presumably someone brighter than me decides these things. 1-0 Stockport.
I had a pint of this in a Spoons somewhere weeks back, it was surprisingly a decent beer for a brilliant price... please log in to view this image
They were stupid, I never wrote one out in my life, hated them, the other half use to though, mainly for school stuff I think.
Remember my dad who was always either flush with cash or skint having a wad of cash on him most of the time. Probably get stabbed outside QPR for that now.
Scally, our ex Chairman, had some out of date bottled beer, so he started supposedly flogging them at £4 a bottle, everyone was buying them like it was a bargain, mugs. No way would I pay £12 for 3 buds, unless they were at least on draught.
They won't go down, but I don't think their financial state is going to be getting any better. First of all, they will need to sign some players to avoid this **** next season too. They posted losses last season and still bought expensive and poor players.
Yes I think they'll win easy today unfortunately but if they think the bad times are over then they're mistaken.
