You would have thought that after making such a specific accusation, the information would have been immediately to hand. Oh well.

See you at 0630. What does the 0 stand for? Oh what a surprise, there's been nothing to back it up. Sleep tight.

Good point Exile, let's see what your mate Saff comes up with.

I don't believe I've accused those who voted for Brexit of being racists, nor did I ever say it was a racist vote, correct me if I did ...

... although it would probably be foolish to claim all racists would've voted against Brexit.

However the word racist is too often used by people, who see themselves as superior, desperately trying to claim the moral high ground instead of putting forward decent arguments.

Perhaps Saff is just thick and doesn't appreciate the difference between xenophobia and racism.

So, which way would you think racists would vote on Brexit?

    racist
    noun [ C ]

believes that their race makes them better, more intelligent, more moral, etc. than people of other races and who does or says unfair or harmful things as a result:

The more I think about it, the more I agree with you.

I don't like Sunak's Tory politics but he's not an idiot, he's steadied the ship, and when he's been caught out over his COVID gatherings and not wearing the seat belt he's just admitted it immediately and got on with his work. He's far from being the worst Tory leader.

So what are these terrible things that happened before him that he's being judged on? Pray do tell. I'm all ears.

    Not hard is it ...

... something the likes of Johnson, Raab, Williamson, Hancock, etc, seem to really struggle with.

How hard would it be for Raab to say,

"Wow, I didn't realise people saw me that way, I'll really pay attention in future."

Instead he blames everyone but himself and brands the entire Civil Service as siinister ...

    ... really quite pathetic.

Well it would appear without doubt now that Johnson has made total arses out of people hoodwinked into supporting his daft Buffoon act.
    Blokes a disgrace.

Car crashes into Downing Street gates
Man arrested as police establish circumstances of crash outside prime minister’s residence

Police said, "A man in his fifties, was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and dangerous driving after a car was driven into the gates of Downing Street. He was intoxicated and dishevelled with an ill-fitting suit and uncombed hair, we believe he's been living in his car. He was reported as shouting, "That's my bloody gaff, I was thrown out just for having parties and it was all my flatmates fault, they never said they were parties the bastards!!"

"Car, what car? I couldn't have crashed a car as I was unaware there were gates there. All road safety guidance was followed so therefore it was NOT a crash" :emoticon-0102-bigsm

I see in the face of various Con legal slip-ups, the Con PR machine is having a go at Angela Rayner for spending on expenses some £139 on ear buds.

Is that the best they can come up with... <laugh>

I think the issue isn't so much that she claimed that on expenses (although she has apparently paid it back this time, but its also the second time she's claimed Apple gear on expenses) but that it's considered to be hypocritical after her comments about the "lavish spending culture across Whitehall".

    Announced today:

A fifth of GP practices in England have closes in the last 10 years of Tory government and patients per practice continually rising.

What a great idea to bury this bad news by highlighting the ear bud scandal and her lavish lifestyle ...

    .... HOLD THE FRONT PAGE!

My buds are better than the apple ones at a third of the price. Have this lot never heard of Amazon?

All politicians seem to work on the principle of 'well, it's not my money'

Particularly those so blinded by it that they leave gaping holes for him to escape out of due to the mad rush to 'get him'

The act isn't for his supporters to fall for - it's for his opponents to get mugged off by.

    <laugh>

    How has he escaped.

He's been fined in office, thrown out of his job and been made to look a laughing stock ...

... there's no need to 'get him', all of his wounds are self inflicted.

I think you mistake harmless ridicule for a rabid desperation to go after him. He's out of office, an irrelevance and just a figure of fun.

His failed Churchill act is the worst impersonation since Dick van Dyke <laugh>

    Yes, he's an irrelevance.

So why can't we go a day without the usual three or four posters in constant varying stages of meltdown about him?

Truss was more catastrophic in much less time. Barely gets a mention.

I used to think Trump Derangement Syndrome was something made up. Not any more. We've got the same here with Johnson. His tenure has broken people's brains.

What flies around your mind isn't necessarily reality ...

... you must try to remember that.

You spend most of your time on this one thread and seem obsessed with Johnson ...

... It's a bit of fun, something you clearly never have.
