I'm intrigued now, I'll try and get a listen. I looked on internet just now but someone called Fiona Mills had been sitting for him.

I went to the world beer drinking contest in Bilton in the sixties and Emporer Rosko was the DJ for the weekend. From what I saw a lot of girls could get their pants down quick enough.

I know it's sad but true, just seen a bit of Homes under the hammer. Coming from Hull the property in question was a small flat bought at auction for 33,000 spent 18,000 doing it up (could have been done for less I think) so his total investment of 51,000. Local estate agent valued it at 60 to 65 grand. Got me thinking about all the doom and gloom on the news about how hard it is to get a foot onto the property ladder, average house price over 1/4 million, high rents, ever increasing mortgages and the like.

Location, location, location. How about this, double fronted beach hut in Abersoch. No services, can't sleep in it overnight, £250,000.

The first Hull Street Food Night in 2017 (Image: HullBID)
Reflecting on previous years, Hull Street Food Nights posted on Facebook: "Last night we were reminded that yesterday was six years since the very first Hull Street Food Night in Trinity Square. Were you there?!

"We had 15 vendors, 13,000 people turned up, and we ran out of food by 6.30pm! Thank goodness we have expanded it to be double the size, and we haven't run out of food since. (touch wood)

"Thanks very much to those of you who continue to turn up in your thousands."

Hull Street Food Nights return next week (Thursday, June 1) from 4pm to 9pm and will be held once a month in Zebedee's Yard throughout summer
