That's why I'd prefer Radz & the 49ers to stay, invest more of their wonga and come back stronger as Eire keeps promising me
I don’t think Eire wants to come back though, does he? unless I’m confused (wouldn’t be the first time). He wants to win some games in the championship (but not enough to get promoted) rather than keep losing in the Prem. I see the conundrum, I’m just not sure how it all works - do we want to get in the play offs and lose in them every year, so we get the thrill of the chase? It’s all about the journey after all.
And I’m pretty sure they could cope with the loss of Haaland far easier than we could with the loss of our top scorer. Acknowledge your point on wrapping up in cotton wool.
Wouldn’t be bothered with any of them going. Can’t see many of them having the stomach for a fight in the championship. Luckily I’m in Croatia for a wedding this weekend so will miss the final death throes.
I'll try clear it up a bit. Unless we can become a mid table pl club then I don't care about promotion. Winning every second weekend in championship will do me fine to keep me happy. In case nobody's noticed, there are millions of football fans whose team never will appear or get close to pl football. Doesn't stop them supporting and enjoying their bit of success
Get all that mate, just think it’s easier to see that as success when you haven’t dined at the top table recently. As a sheff wed fan, next season I’d be happy with midtable in the champ. As a Leicester or Southampton fan… or Leeds fan. I wouldn’t.
The player they signed as the last piece in the CL jigsaw? To be honest bud I’m on record as saying I wouldn’t have played Rod in that game, so I acknowledge the point too. It would have been a none story though bar a freak injury that sums up our season!
Just looked at Bournemouth's ecent record. Lost four in a row. They'll be pleased to help put the final nail in the coffin given our history
Another stat (from the BBC sports site): Leeds United have conceded a goal from 14% of the attempts they have faced this season, the worst in the Premier League. Brentford are the best, allowing a goal from 8% of attempts faced.
Liverpool 2 teams Glasgow 2 teams Manchester 2 teams Birmingham 4 teams London 11 teams Sheffield 2 teams Bristol 2 teams Leeds 1 team city
The city of Leeds has not been best served and Mr Radrizani needs to sort this shyt out before he waves bye bye. Sick of talk about new training ground, 62,000 capacity redevelopment, European football yada yada yada You fooked it all up mate
The coffins already sealed and at the undertakers ready for burial with a posy of weeds on top, no players or management will carry it as they are to weak and not up to the task.... supporters will do the honours and carry the club with pride
Did he promise European football or something within five years of him taking over or he’d walk. Well I don’t think we’re any nearer that than when he arrived first
Yep they certainly had enough of my coin and now I'll contend myself with the knowledge that my stone at Billy's is testament to my many years and miles that I gave to 'our club' ...MOT
