How much do you reckon we'd be able to get those two for? Last I read, Brighton were asking for north of £70 million for MacAllister. Might turn out to be less, but Brighton will almost certainly hold out for a sizeable fee.
I doubt they'll hold out for £60m for Maddison now. Likely relegated with a humongous wage bill and the player entering the final year of his contract. I doubt it would be over £40m, but I suppose it may get forced up a bit if there's enough interest. Still, starting to hope we look elsewhere too.

Agreed this isn't my best thread, but usually I back up what I'm saying with decent reasoning enough reasoning. Match day ratings are subjective and this is just a football forum, forgive me if I don't provide an annotated research essay every time I want to share my thoughts.
Tash there's nowt wrong with being emotional, you seem to make judgements based on your emotions though. If a player angers you they get a **** rating, if a player pleases you they get a high rating. Whereas the reality is probably closer to being somewhere in-between.
I give my reasoning in my posts, and often provide a decent amount of detail as to why. So you're wrong. Players ratings are highly subjective and I'd ask you if you think my ratings are based off emotion to supply me with an example of which one you disagree with strongly. It's just a case of you being condescending here I think.
We haven't even had a discussion about anything remotely intellectual on this forum anyway. And if you think I make player rating decisions based on emotion you obviously lack basic reading skills as I usually give detail as to why I believe what I believe. And I'm not particularly emotional either, I'm actually quite a calm, rational person who is sometimes very to the point with the way I talk and that rubs some people up the wrong way.

Tbf when some people think having racists, criminally convicted assaulters ( can’t be arsed to think of the correct word) or players in relationships with under 16s etc then intellectual debate for new is out of the window with that person
