Did you just sneakily edit your post, or did I miss the (or Everton)? Reminder to self re Schoolboy error: don’t comment on posts unless you have your reading glasses on.
Leicester won't take anything off The Mags tomorrow, so it's 3 home games next Sunday with them needing to beat West Ham and Everton to get nowt off Bournemouth and TWS to lose or draw against that 'blow on 'em and they fold' Spurs side for the scenario of both Leeds and Everton coming down. Not likely. I think it'll be Leicester and Leeds with Everton once again just surviving. Hopefully they'll drop next season though.
I think in terms of the champ next year I think lester and leeds going down would suit us more I think everton with new ownership potential and if dyche stays Would piss it Leeds and lester could struggle
Wasn’t the claims on the news that Forest were safe last night, a little premature? It was very possible that Leeds could have won won both games and Forest lost there last one. With those results, a goal difference on six was very likely. Then just needed Everton to win their last game. Odds were high, but by no means athematically impossible. They are usually carefully announcing these.
Forest were mathematically safe before Leeds played West Ham because Everton and Leicester couldn’t catch them.
Oh yes - forgot about Leicester. But if Everton draw next week then they finish above TWS - who cares if they go down at the same time?
BBC Leeds must beat Spurs and hope Everton do not defeat Bournemouth at Goodison Park or Leicester City collect four points from their final two games in order to stay up. Judging by the resigned expressions on the faces of the Leeds fans who remained in the stadium until the final whistle, it is not something they think is likely. Standby for mass crying next week
