I had a tenner stuck in a SkyBet account I set up years ago just to be able to stream a City away game, so I stuck it on Fifty Grand Slater 4/1 EW.
For anyone thinking of switching to the Sky Q Box. I had Racing TV on two TVs with half price subscription for 12 months using the old Sky box. With this new Sky Q multi-room package you're only allowed to view RTV on your main TV. To watch on two TVs now it's £34 per month but they'll give you a £10 discount = £24. I've heard that you might be able to cast from your mobile phone but I haven't looked into that yet.
2:15 pm Punchestown - Boher Road 13/8 (2 Points) 3:53 pm Brighton - Al Azhar 2/1 (1 Point 4:10 Wolverhampton, Quantum Light - 1pt win 9/1 generally A filly in my tracker from last year as she looked to want further in each of her four starts as a 2yo, including when last seen at Newmarket on her handicap debut, keeping on again when rebalanced after having difficulty coming down the dip. She ran well at Kempton on the all-weather last year, and with her trainer having plenty of success with his returners this year, I'm happy to take the chance that this filly's ready to roll now stepping up in trip. 4:35 Gowran Park - Khafaak - 1.5pts win 11/4 generally Has improved with the tongue tie/blinkers combination the last twice, finishing 2nd and then winning last time in a good time. Same set up for tomorrow's race, and from an ideal draw, he should go well on the front end in a race that should be tough to make up ground from the rear. 4:35 Gowran Park, Jabbar - 0.5pts win 20/1 generally One that appeals to me as a potential 'touch' on his return for a trainer/jockey that's been having plenty of success with this type of horse this year. He ran OK on the all-weather when last seen, and with the cheek-pieces to help on his return, i think he might be worth a small saver. 8:00 Ayr, Espressoo - 1pt win 7/1 generally An element of risk on her return to action, especially as her form tailed of towards the end of last season and she finished with a poor run at Musselburgh. But, she bolted up here when returning for her seasonal debut last year, and although that was a weak race on her handicap debut, she won easily in a very good time, plus she won her next race and finished 2nd in her third, and there's every possibility that she's a horse to catch fresh. She's got the ideal draw as she did last time in stall 1, and if she can get on the lead without fuss, she could be hard to catch. Our selection 'Touchwood' who went close for us last time runs in this race, but he's not straightforward as he seems to be reluctant to hit the front (he's finished 2nd 9-times) so isn't a horse I'd take at short prices.
