Will watch tomorrow's game in the pub,so nervous about it,anyone know where I can get some stress medication from.
Harry Kane looked a forlorn figure walking around the pitch applauding the Spurs fans who stayed. He was on his own so looks like he’s leaving Spurs. Hope he goes sick next weekend
It’s the hope that kills. We’re done. We’ve been relying on other people’s results for weeks and they have found a bit of form that we haven’t. We can’t keep a clean sheet and relying on a centre forward that’s misses penalties for fun and tap ins from two yards
Forgot to mention that Everton had a couple of inuries today which will hinder them for next week as can't see either of them being fit in time. The young right back Patterson went off first and then Calvert-Lewin followed him just before half time. If we can somehow win tomorrow then a draw might be enough on the last day.
I think I'm speaking on behalf of all Geordies, win tomorrow, help save yourselves and help send the scouse mackems down.
We'll certainly be trying mate but as you will have seen last week we're not exactly reliable at the back are we.
That’s the major issue. If we continue to form we will concede two tomorrow and another two next Sunday. Makes it impossible to get four points
Last season it was Salernitano and we didn’t know if the purchase would have been Leeds Utd Group or just Radz. This time it’s Sampdoria and is deffo just Radz and partners. He last week pulled his name out of an official bid for AC Milan due Leeds relegation worries simply because the value of Leeds would sink with relegation, so he’s lowered his horizons. Remember Radz ain’t skint as he sold 11Sports to DAZN and got shares and a directorship with them late last year. 11Sports was a big tv broadcast platform around Eastern Europe “Manfredi is an associate of Radrizzani and is the founder and CEO of Gestio Capital. “We reached an agreement with the banks yesterday for the integral payment of all their credit. Along with this, we are ready to invest €55m straight away to save and relaunch the club, plus another €20m that are available. “There are also a series of institutional investors who are examining the dossier, who are interested in joining us and we are in close contact with them.”
Bournemouth, Everton and Forest had one thing in common this weekend, fight. Forest and Everton kept going to the end, battled for every ball. Everton had 2 men injured but still battled on for a point and that point could be enough. Forest beat Arsenal by being solid at the back and great on the break, but a dogged performance in the middle and at the back means they are safe. Moyes has said the WHU fans deserve to see their team play some expansive attacking football without any pressure. They are safe in the league and have a European final next month. He said the players now deserve to reward the fans with a performance. Lets hope some of them bottle it because they don’t want to miss the final due to injury. By 3pm today we will know if our players have heart
Today or next week won’t relegate us, we should and could have been safe before now just like Forest. Over the course of the season we have consistently been one of the worst teams both on the field and off with the decision making top down. As a neutral you’d say any team leaving it to the final day for the second consecutive season is on borrowed time. If we survive, what next, a third consecutive season like this. Last season we thought okay, around £100m in two player sales, use the money wisely and build a better squad. We’ve somehow spent £150m and look worse, last season we had Raphinha, the only player who could create something out of nothing, I’ll look at todays squad later and wonder where the 2-3 goals are going to come from
Regardless of what the next seven days brings, major clear out at club must begin immediately. First and foremost, people who know how to assemble and run a football club. Secondly get rid of all the second rate players not remotely good enough to wear our shirt in the pl. proper manager if one can be found to take the job. Thanks to the idiots running the asylum, I’m left desperately hoping for miracles today, next weekend and throughout the summer
