A takeover of historic Premier League club Everton could be completed by Monday, according to a new report. MSP Sports Capital are said to be confident they have won the race for the club after rival outfit 777 Partners found out their £600m offer may not be enough to win them the club. Crunch talks are set to continue through the weekend but insiders have told the Mail that MSP are confident of completing a late deal for the Toffees. The Premier League outfit are currently fighting for survival as they languish in the lower sections of the table. https://www.msn.com/en-gb/sport/foo...31&cvid=90d2169d4da7432790de85527dc71143&ei=6
Gotta like dyche There have been a lot of challenges,” Dyche said. “I’m not really arsed about making excuses. It wasn’t about woe is us. It was about: ‘What can we do to affect this game?’ I was really pleased with the mentality of the players. They got their reward for giving a proper shift and never losing the belief that we can score a goal, and we did.”

i bet pep gardiola is shaking his head about the one they didn't win and wondering why the heck they didn't change their name to manchester hunter.
Not a great fan of Cooper, but credit where credit is due he has done a great job getting them promoted and how staying up. Also, good to see an owner stick with the manager even when at the beginning of the season things looked grim. More owners should take note.
