I think people are getting a little greedy here and expecting too much. We won't get more than 6 goals
CHRIS SUTTON'S PREDICTION: Liverpool v Aston Villa (15:00) This feels like the kind of game where Aston Villa boss Unai Emery could go and set his team up to frustrate Liverpool and carry a threat on the counter. So, I am certainly not discounting Villa here, but Liverpool have such great momentum after winning their past seven games that I can't see them stumbling. They will attack Villa, and they may even overwhelm them. The Reds play bottom side Southampton in their final game of the season so I am expecting them to finish on 71 points - they will need Newcastle or Manchester United to slip up to let them sneak into the top four. Sutton's prediction: 3-1 Anna's prediction: 3-0 Jenny's prediction: 2-1 JONES KNOWS; SKY SPORTS. Liverpool vs Aston Villa, Saturday 3pm - PLAY SUPER 6 HERE! Milner, Firmino, Keita, Oxlade-Chamberlain to leave Liverpool The goal expectancy looks too high for this clash where there is plenty on the line still. Aston Villa are a cagey team away from Villa Park, where they sit a little deeper than their fantastically aggressive high line plays at home and soak up a bit more pressure. All bar one of Unai Emery's 11 games in charge away from home have fallen under the 3.5 goal line (3-1 defeat to Manchester City) with the average total match goals scored coming in at 2.09 per-game. Meanwhile, Liverpool are in result mode opposed to relentless mode with five of their last six wins coming via a one-goal margin as although their overall performance level is hitting a consistent level it's not the usual tubthumping attacking style we've been accustom to witnessing over the years. I'd be happy to invest in the under 2.5 goals line at a generous 6/4 with Sky Bet. SCORE PREDICTION: 1-0
Today, we say farewell to a true Liverpool legend in Bobby. And honourable mentions to ox, Naby and Milner. let’s give them a good send off
Bobby is one of my favourite players ever to play for the club. He is a great player but a hugely likeable person always has that trademark smile. I wish him well for the future and he will get an incredible send off today
Bobby is a great player, he has never put the club in a difficult position by speaking out to the medial. Will surely be missed. Well done to Milner too he served the club very well too. Ox and Keita failed to realise their full potentials. We wish all them the very best for the future.
The result at Anfield is a given. I can’t see anything but an easy win for us. The key result is at Bournemouth. Even a draw there is massive.
even I agree with that face. meet our resident SOCK account. please feel free to rip the piss out of it.
