Found a butcher here that does fry-ups. £4 for two massive sausages, three bacon, black pudding and a fried egg.

We do like a big sausage in Brighton.

What a way to make a living

 

Changed my mind, doing a sausage and leek pasta.

 

Fry 2 leeks, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 a chilli.



More to follow, doing this **** live.

 

Pack of good quality sausages, get them broken up and nicely coloured.

 

Combine.

 

Cook whatever pasta you like.

 

Combine, add parmesan.

id be using lamb mince instead though

 

Will combine chicken thighs with curry sauce once there's a bit more colour on the chicken. Cover and cook for 40 mins.

 

Coriander and natural yoghurt at the end once the sauce has reduced.

 

Looking good already.

 

Generallyk we only get 7/11 burgers in these parts but caught the last day of OuO Burgers 4 day extravaganza. A double-beef bacon & cheese. Not cheap at 259 baht but lipsmackingly wonderful
