It might come down to salary negotiations though. Apparently he is second behind Sarr in the salary stakes - £50K+ per week. I doubt very much the club would be in a position to offer anything like that.
Injury prone players, coming towards the end of their playing days, surely have to think about which clubs, probably from a lower division would buy me, and want to pay me what I am currently getting. A dose of realism has to kick in when they think about moving home to the other end of the country, or living most of the year in a hotel, all with less pay. If you are happy where you are, take less, as you will get by somehow.

Apparently each club have to announce a retain and released list by next week . Guess we are going to do it at the last minute .. Or we aren’t releasing anyone/in contract talks with some .
Out of contract: Cathcart Cleverley Bacuna Britt Gosling Loans ending: Kamara Hause Choudhury Davis Ajeuro Martins Sold Pedro Troost Ekong might be brought by that Italian team he is on loan at as they are staying up I think
It would be a footballing miracle if Salernitania went down. One point from their last three games is all that's required given the goal difference and the three teams that can catch them two play each other effectively nullifying them and one of those plus the other are away at A.C. Milan and Roma with Salernitana at already relegated Cremonese on the last day. There's either a bonus or an obligation to buy WTE in the deal of they stay up.
A fair contingent of Watford fans at the FAWNL play-off final - they certainly have more support than the Florists
Watford under the cosh a bit - Forest looking most likely to score, but still 1-0 to the Hornettes. Giving the ball away with poor passing - sound familiar?
Distinctly unimpressed with that one. The miss a couple of minutes later might haunt the Golden Girls.
