now if everyone did the same do you think that would be the biggest statement that the British public has ever made…. Or do you think carrying on voting on false promises is the biggest statement the public could make the whole thing needs bringing down and changed or we just continue with the illusion that we have a democracy
Guy Fawkes had the right idea! We need to what the French do but times that by 10. It’s the only way now!
It’s easier than that….remember Iceland throwing out the government there after the financial collapse…it ended with no violence and they started forming a new government without anarchy as we’ve been shown as violent……did Iceland collapse from this people movement…..did it fk

The UK is now run by corporate entities and politicians are little more than puppets for rich men to do their bidding. The same people that fund these political parties and use paid for lobbyists are those who then reap the rewards of bent policy making. Democracy is an illusion.
u could get at least 3 people over from France on that fella…..don’t bring women and kids though because the kids go missing once in the system in Britain…..the royal lizards like virgin meat init
Indeed. Got myself into a funny situation at work and I’m basically now Scargill. Pre-Covid we did 4-5 days a week in the office. Not a problem as we didn’t know any different. During Covid obviously it was home-based. No one was furloughed even though some roles became basically pointless. All good. Since then they’ve gradually brought us back in but not really enforced it. Some meetings are face-to-face and some are virtual so all good. I do two days most weeks but it varies depending on who’s going to be in and what work I’m doing. All good. Now they want to mandate three days per week across the whole of Europe which has come from the very very top of this evil multinational multi-billion business. I’ve asked what are the consequences of not complying as I may choose to leave if it’s enforced. Also asked how they’d track it, would off-site work such as customer meetings count towards the three days etc. All logical questions IMO but apparently nobody including the Europe MD who is probably on an eight figure salary has stopped to consider this yet. So I spent literally 20 minutes yesterday putting together a simple cost-benefit analysis for how I see it playing out which has now been sent from my boss to one of the UK directors. I’ve said I’m happy to speak to whoever to discuss my concerns and now potentially I’m representing everyone to champion the case for more hybrid working when all I really wanted was the opportunity to work on a laptop in my pants while watching Premier League Years.
but were Icelandic people in the middle of a season of Love Island? doubt it you have to consider everything Abe easier said than done
