But it's manager of the season, not the end of the season... If we're looking at the season as a whole I think he's done well.

There are obviously others with a shout too. Some good ones mentioned on here.

Same with players. It's always those that finish well that get the rewards

I think the end has to be an important factor
If Pep wins a treble clearly it will goto him

personally I think - Frank, Cooper, De Zerbi should all be in with shout from Prem

Merseyside-based referee Robert Jones has been appointed in charge of Thursday. Newcastle has lodged a complain with the FA.

so it's fine for us to suffer man city and man utd supporting refs but it's not OK for newcastle to have a scouser?

    interesting.

    he won't admit what club.

he shouldn't be allowed ref in the Premier league at all without having this logged.

if any evidence of any ref lying about club support then they should be sacked. aka Taylor is going to games, his family are all.mancs. it's ****ing obvious he's lied to get the bigger games

Little known fact, he's Curtis Jones' twin brother. :bandit:

Identical twin... And will be wearing his brother's Liverpool kit to referee the Newcastle game. Officials have warned before the game that any complaints from Newcastle will result in a red card.

Newcastle can rest assured their following match will not be referred by a Scouser however. Brazilian Carlos Firmino will be refereeing that match.

    it does

His suspension starts immediately, but the 27-year-old can return to training with Brentford four months before it ends on 17 September.

He will not be allowed to play again until 17 January, 2024.

It does now, it literally had 1 line when I first saw it. Breaking the news without any detail, classic BBC

Lets Toney off and doesn't do as much damage to Brentford as it could have. I mean there isn't going to be any football come the end of the month till August anyway, that's 2 months for free.
