If they do play Boro in the Final, I reckon Boro will have too much for them. Luton are pretty much One dimensional, I cannot see Boro losing a game between the two sides

Against Boro on the Wembley pitch I reckon they will lose, they have adapted their style for a tiny pitch. The difference between our home game and last night is chalk and cheese.

The annoying thing about last night was we were beaten by lessons we should have learned in league one. In the end it was a step too far for our walking wounded kids but they weren't outplayed. We were beaten by a horrible 1 dimensional team who were aided by a ref facilitating them, basically the story of any defeat suffered in league one.

So the lesson is again fresh in our mind. The need for numbers and experience never clearer. This season has been a free hit because of our circumstances but now circumstances have changed and if we are to be successful going forward we cannot leave ourselves short in key areas. Over to you recruitment team!

Not much you can do against a team mostly of giant rugby players, when the ref let's them away with pulling, pushing, late tackles and one outrageous two footed stamp.

The great irony last night was the camera panning to the crowd and onto David Pleat. His teams played great football, and if he was happy watching a bunch like that, he is in severe decline.

Those lessons were learned when we bought players like Batth, Ballard & Alese. It's not the recruitment team's fault that we suffered injuries. You can't buy 2 experienced players for every position just in case they get injured. It's rotten luck

Plus all our youngsters will now have a yrs more experience - they will learn from this and should come back stronger

He did. He also said, and we all knew, that we had a spate of injuries that prevented us from even trying to match them.

We needed to keep the ball better to take away their rthym, but there was no intervention from the ref at their constant and usually unpunished late niggles, pulling, body checking etc.

We looke tired, which was not that surprising. The open ****housery works for them if the ref is weak. I'd rather watch Crossroads.

No fault being attached to anyone. We've been stretched all season squad-wise and done brilliantly in context. But also the squad being so stretched has lead to players playing when we'd rather rest them and thus getting knocks, spending more time out etc. We need a better balance in the squad and we'll be serious contenders next year.

Just realised the last 5 goals we have conceded have been from corners. There is an obvious thing to address in pre-season

It would have helped having Batth, Alese and Ballard fit

or the cryo chambers Big Sam had when we had fewer injuries that took longer to heal, and if memory serves me right didn't he say it was the training too intense,
