Not just saying it but this will hurt this team and I think these young lads are going to be so much ****ing stronger for it. cannot wait for next season
Yeah but it mattered against Watford, Preston and Luton in first leg. The lads have pulled it out of the bag most of the season. Not having negativity tonight, feel bad enough without that ****.
Predictable. That's not to say I'm not proud tho. But I don't think it was the massive injury list that cost us in the end but...sounds stupid...that small pitch stifled us. Just my opinion.
Don't agree with that. The lineup was one of many issues this evening. There's no scenario that this game played out where we win it, other than a huge slice of fortune. 2 of Anderson, Alese or Huggins starting and we still lose that game.
Less likely I think. The arrogance to play gooch away from home at Luton. I have friends who rubbed their hands and said we will pay the price. We did. Dominated.
Hopefully Boro go up! At least they try to play football. Coventry and Luton are just dirty bastards!
Lessons all over the pitch for the young uns tonight. If Luton go up they’ll be torn to bits, if they don’t then we need to be at a level to tear them to shreds ourselves.
Rather deal with Luton next year than Boro like. Having said that I think only teams will worry about are the ones coming down and perhaps Stoke with money to burn again.
The arrogance to think you know better than a professional manager with 30 years experience... I understand that you disagree, but it's not arrogance to have faith in the team that did the job on Saturday, even more so if we don't have another fit option. Anderson is weak as piss, he wouldn't have made any difference.
****ing Luton in the play off final. Hopefully they will go up and get relegated I think your lads were outmuscled tonight. Something I hope you can eliminate next season. You did great getting to the play-offs in your first season back there and I really thought you were back in the Premier after that first leg Get promoted next season and avoid them ****ers again - how sweet would that be? please log in to view this image Bye for now
Have to say well played to Luton, their players nailed it and their fans intimidated our young players from the first minute to the last. Even so just having Danny Batth on the pitch might have made all the difference, been a ****ing **** season for injuries. We had an off day, no point blaming any player in particular because as a team almost everyone was below par. O'Nien and Hume did well considering but that's about it. Shoutout to Roberts too who really tried despite nothing working. Just a consequence of having an inexperienced team, no tall players through injury and playing a team at the top of their game. Just didn't work for us today.
