I must confess for all we are saying Gelhardt was bought to play off Stewart, I don’t think he ever would have. He’d have had cameo appearances off the bench at best. He wasn’t getting in ahead of Clarke, Amad, Roberts or Pritchard
The lad is a 110% trier, but not a natural goal scorer, unfortunately. Its not his fault Stewart and Simms not around, playing off a big lad mayhave been a different story.
He has tried hard, he simply isn’t enough of a presence. He will have a decent mid table championship career, not as a striker.
He is a striker who is from a PL academy. He has been a poor loan who worked hard. He doesn't hit the ball clean, his goal scoring here is worse than Amad Clarke and Roberts.

No. We’ve been off it. Players look intimidated and showing their age. I also think Luton have been very very good at what they do (which we won’t give them enough credit for because it’s ugly as ****)
Not really. After the season we've had and the hurdles we've overcome, I'm more pissed off tonight than any other game
Clarke ran the width of the pitch there and nobody offered him an option moving forwards. We've completely frozen here.
Hume and Ekwah have been our best two players. Future is so so bright for them. Roberts also very good in flashes. O’Nien doing ok as well. The rest have unfortunately wilted. Which they’re kinda due doing
