What are you trying to prove with this link you keep posting? You said on May 1st if we lose to Arsenal that Leeds will become a must win? Well it wasn't was it? cos we lost to Arsenal and drew with Leeds and are still are in position to take 3rd. I said at that point we're favourites for 3rd and we were, Man U probably favourites now, but we're favourites for CL still ahead of Liverpool. I doubt know why you're trying to do some "I'm right and you're wrong" based on a prediction you made 2 weeks ago, that as well as being factually incorrect, hasn't changed the league standings at all, or what we need to get in the CL places.
I've read the thread, it doesn't back up your points in any way. We're still in the same position now as when you made the thread. You're having to resort to fortune telling that we'll apparently be 2 points behind Liverpool by Sunday to back up your theory that were "running on empty". Don't worry though, yesterday QWOP said we'd have won the league if Matt Targett had been fit, so you're positively sane compared to him.
Which they haven't.... However Newcastle did catch Liverpool in April, and that's why they're above them.

No I didn't. I said their crap form earlier in the season meant it looked like they'd now left it too late. This points still stands, as even though Liverpool have won their last 7 games, we are still above them, with better GD and a game in hand with only 3 games to play. Everything is still in our hands and we're still favourites for CL over Liverpool. Once again your screenshots and links ain't backing you up.
Obviously unlikely to be serious, but it's an internet board though, so we have to involve Poe's Law at this point - ie any post without a winking smilie can theoretically be argued to be both joking or completely serious. Dan Burn has been a constant in the best defence in the league, he must be doing something right. Although I hope we upgrade, ie Tierney, in the summer.

Can we end this discussion and move on? Yes, securing a champions league spot would be remarkable, but ending at 5th doesn't mean we've done badly. Also, no one anticipated us reaching even top 5 at the start of the season. We'll get better and better.
