That's more the type of thing I'd use for the van tbh, and no, don't have one or anything, or experience of one. We do use generators for site set ups but they are big motherfukers. You could go for a portable 8kva that looks like a wheel barrow? Not cheap that though. What do you need to power?
Just a couple of freezers, both rated at around 800watts, plus lights and chargers for phone and card reader. Would typically be running those for around 8 hours at a time Just wondering if it's worth going a bit bigger to so that I've got something at home in case Putin nukes the grid.
