Still too complicated for a lot of people, who don't understand it.

    https://www.theguardian.com/politic...ans-to-let-eu-nationals-and-16-year-olds-vote

Labour considers plans to let EU nationals and 16-year-olds vote
Shadow minister says proposal to let migrants living in UK vote in general elections part of policy process, not final manifesto plan.

    The mask slips already.

People that haven't commited to becoming British Nationals , should be allowed to vote in our elections.

    Open borders anyone?

Can British passport holders vote in EUROPEAN UNION countries?

Yeah, why change a system that gives an 80+ seat majority to the party that gets 43% of the popular vote? How much more democratic do you want to get? Read up here on how Cruddas (unelected peer who got his job by donating £500k to the Tories) and tax exile Brexiteer Andrew Neil have been giving this new scare story the full jibber-babber since the Congress Of Tufton St over the weekend).

If I was apolitical I’d be asking what the Tories plan to offer the electorate after thirteen years. So far it seems to be a lot of scare stories about what they imagine Labour will do when they aren’t stabbing each other in the back.

I take you know that Labour have been in power a few times and had ample opportunity to change the voting system but never have.
Maybe because when they were/are in power it's the current system that put them there?

She would not have left Montecito for less than a six figure sum, probably cannot play Frère Jacques on the piano and most of the Eurovision crowd have never heard of her.

The foul-mouthed Kentish Town (supported by Keir Starmer) bird had no chance. At least she beat the Germans and did not finish last. <laugh>

That is cruel. Suggesting that somebody that was owned by the State is now destitute. Choosing Ikea furniture is questionable. Can he get by living in Woke America?

From your comment, I will take it that you are not ‘apolitical’.

I have no idea what the Tories plan to offer the electorate as they have not given any indication of their policies (so the electorate will be making their assumptions).

The Labour Party have not released any policies to the electorate so they are purely working on the “we are not the Tories” protest vote. In recent weeks when members of the Shadow cabinet have been interviewed and asked about policies, they have refused to answer. They – and their leader – are perfectly aware that if the brainwashed Lefties find out what they have planned is revealed they have no chance of a majority.

Labour is Communism but renamed – this is why in 122 plus years of Labour they have been in power for less than 30 per cent of the time – “working class” people have ambition so they do not vote for Communism. Their first two Ramsay MacDonald governments lasted less than two years.

‘Those’ being a husband or an owner? Either way, one vote is irrelevant unless you are the “Tories fiddling the vote” minority that cannot show up with ID to vote.

I see their supporters moaning about one per cent being turned away at polling stations for not turning up with photo ID when the reality is that it would have made no difference to the results. They were told months in advance but are just stupid Lefties.
