Certainly is, a couple more of his own choice players and we could even start winning away games :emoticon-0148-yes:

If you have an ear with the United top brass, I'd like to put in a mention for Frank Lampard. He's the missing piece of the puzzle for United's comeback.

They looked decent under OGS at one stage.

I agree that there is something about Ten Hag though

Which players has be brought in so far? Off the top of my head: Erikson, Casemiro, Martinez, Antony and Weghorst. Habe I missed any? The first three have probably been sucesses, Anthony underwhelming but could still come good and Weghorst is only a stop gap. So not too bad a record so far.

I mean, he gets called many things on here, but calling him a Spurs fan is proper low.

Actually, that was the "joke" when I came back after being banned from the forum as Milk for daring to ask "Is Andy Gibbs offensive?".

I came back as Blue Potato... Briefly spoofing being an Everton/Spurs fan ... The potato is indeed a Spud/Spurs reference.

Pochettino is going to be the next manager of Chelsea. The former manager of Tottenham has agreed to take over after the end of the season.

That's a shame because he did fairly well for Spurs... By Spurs standards anyway.

I give him 18months. no more.

it's just the way of it.

he's clearly not even no 3 option bit the one they have managed to get.

I think many quality managers are shying away from the job because of high turnover of managers of recent.

I liked Poch when he was at Saints, he seemed to be a manager going places, until he ran aground with Spurs.
At Cheslea he'll be lucky to get out of the dock.

He didn't run around with Spurs, he got them 2nd in the PlL and a final in the CL.
Where he went wrong was telling Levy that was the time to invest to push on. One mention of spending to Levy and his card was cancelled.

    To me yes.
Run aground gives me the impression of stalling which never happened. He was dumped for speaking the truth not for performance.
