Guy Ritchie's The Covenant Why Ritchie feels the need to stick his name in front of films is a mystery. Is it hubris. Does he not think the film will do well unless he sticks his name on it? Who knows. Anyhoo he's made a war film and it's actually pretty good. Great cast, great action sequences, good story and well meant premise. Does get a wee bit silly towards the end but entertaining non the less. 7/10 Marked down cos Ritchie's a tit.
have you seen that documentary about the film city of god dude…..ten years after Worth a watch if you liked the film
Ticket to Paradise 1.1/10 Mrs luv wanted to watch it. I don't mind sitting through a rom com with her now and then but this took the piss, really bad.
Favelas are cool. Some have their own bus route and you can see how things go on there. There's bars, shops, schools. Just normal life really.
That's because it stars the great Bruce Campbell who made the original films what they were. This recent reboot has been pìsh. No need tbph.
I only watch films or excellent TV series. Lately the good films have been few and far between. So I fill my time with watching stuff I wouldn't normally bother with. Sometimes I'm pleasantly surprised. Most times, not so much.
