I'm not sure TC, but we had just got back from Australia, too late to get tickets for the 2019 Papa John Trophy final so we went to the beam back and there were children there.
Second best to being at the game but among fellow fans it was a great day.

Tells me that they’ll have a one dimensional game plan. Think Anderson might need to play with Onien at the back just to give us some height. Set pieces will be king

Seems like we need our full/wing backs to stop crosses coming in ....

... and not give away daft free kicks and corners.

Thankfully we have a great keeper for taking crosses.

    From the Chronic:-
Aji Alese is edging closer to fitness but Sunderland boss Tony Mowbray feels the play-off semi-final games against Luton Town will come too soon for him and fellow defender Dan Ballard. Alese has been out of action since suffering a thigh injury in the Black Cats' defeat against Stoke City at the beginning of March, while Ballard has been absent since picking up a hamstring issue while away on international duty with Northern Ireland at the end of March.

Alese was ruled out for the remainder of the season but has been out on the grass at the Academy of Light in recent days working with the physios. Mowbray had hoped that Ballard might be fit enough to play some part in the play-off semi-finals but those hopes have been dashed, although whether he would have a chance if Sunderland reach the final in a fortnight's time is another matter.

Here is the team last time we played Luton.

Obviously defence is an issue, but looks like we will have stronger midfield probably putting Amad in for Ba and Ekwah for Michute? So looking at a different game from last time.

KLD inherited this problem and has more important things to do ...

... if he'd put in more seats, and failed to reach sixth, people would be saying he should get his priorities right.
