Where did I admit that being in the EU had no impact on my life ? Not that it .matters because as I have stated many times I don't vote for the me I vote for what's best for the country.
You just reinforced my post that he may never see any benefit from leaving the EU. I’ll ignore the COVID comments as you’re so far down that rabbit hole it’s comical. For the second point, you do realise that we will have a financial burden to the EU until possibly 2060, under the financial “divorce” settlement we agreed with them, so we will be subsidising countries that make no net contributions for many years to come. And as was pointed out many times, taking back control of our borders was and still is complete bollocks as most of those arriving on our shores don’t come from Europe. Whilst not perfect, all we’ve done is restricted our ability to bring in people who generally made a positive contribution.
And yet you can’t point out one benefit that we have seen in the close to 7 years since we left, your stock answer is “it will take years to untangle”. I’ve always classed myself as a eurosceptic, had my doubts about where it was heading but thought trying to “go it alone” won’t work. Nothing in almost 7 years has convinced me otherwise, you would expect to see at least a few shoots of the benefits by now?
Well he did it for his children then . What's the point of planting an apple seed if you never get to appreciate the shade & fruit it will bring ?
The entire Western World is screwed because of the Covid-19 lockdowns & Trillions printed . It's impossible to gauge the effects of Brexit with that to content with. Ergo a rabbit hole
People that actually have a clue rather than trusting what Darren Grimes tweets about it had it at 4% of GDP.
And the Lefty Loonies wanted longer and harder lockdowns and more money printed, not thinking it had to be paid back See Dame Beer Korma
