Exactly the same thing happened to me, queued all night just for there to be a massive rush and get pushed miles back. Some little **** who just turned up accused me of pushing in so I went mental and almost put him through the stadium wall. Went home, walked back down a couple of hours later and got 2 tickets. It's so much better now but people will complain about anything. Your seat is guaranteed for a while yet anyway. On other news I've provisionally booked a hotel in High Wycombe for the Friday before the final

The queues over the last couple of days were nowt compared to when they went on sale for the Charlton final. Me and me mates joined the end of the queue at the far end of what is now where the aquatic centre is!!! Now that was a queue. Must have been there for about 6 hours but managed to get tickets. Same day as when the mags were playing Arsenal in the cup final. Some guy had a radio and kept us updated. They got beat! Happy days!!
went to the ticket office for my 'paper' ticket yesterday long queue 90 mins to get it ironicly ! strange how i can't just buy my season card seat online 46,000 minimum then.
Sorted now. Had to log in multiple times then if eventually let it happen. Maybe they found the abacus!
It is a very fair comment actually. At a time when they are forcing through digital ST'S, the system they have now is clearly unable to cope. It took me a few hours and countless times of doing the exact same thing. The playng side is flying, but ignoring the regular displays of ineptitude behind the scenes with the off pitch set up is probably why it's like it is. It should be childishly easy to issue tickets to ST holders. After that, if there's a bit of carry on, fair enough. I once had a ST sent to me at my address in the wrong name, in the wrong seat. The exchange I had at the office was Kafkaesque. It's a bit ago, but how much has changed? Anyway sorted, and London room booked just in case.

From reading the replies it sounds like a load of ST holders were turned away when it shut today. Assume their seats will be on general sale at 12pm tomorrow?
