Used to work with a woman who refused to use ATMs. My FIL won't do internet banking - in fact when he loaned us some money to buy a car many years ago he insisted on withdrawing the money in cash, then walking with me to my bank to pay it in over the counter(!)
My brother is having issues. Doesn't have an e-ticket account. Has a season ticket. Tried to create a new one. Where does it ask if your a ST holder /add number ? Just saying he doesn't have privilege at moment.
As I live many, many miles South and not a season ticket holder do they go on general sale from Thursday at 12pm?
On here - https://www.eticketing.co.uk/safc/Authentication/ActivateAccount is asks you for your customer number (number on back of Season Card) and Surname Once registered it should automatically link to Season Card just be careful though - pre-Wembley in 2019 took us ages to work out Ticket Office had misspelled my mate's son's name wrong and we couldn't get registered until I spotted it

Regarding the Thursday general sale. Do you think we will sell out? I ask as I want to book flights tonight. I can only go for tickets on Thursday. I'll be the first on-line at midday though!
We have around 30,000 SC holders. Once they have bought theirs there will be c15,000 on general sale on Thursday. Am sure you'll be fine
Thanks TopCat. Latest is that son's boss has said that he needs tomorrow morning to see if he can get a replacement for my son for Saturday work ...completely reasonable from the bloke but bloody annoying ...no flights booked until tomorrow morning then!
Me too. Usual shambles for anything other than bog standard request. I've bought before and it says it isnt available to me. I'll probably have to trail over, costing money and time. And this shower want to go all digital! Won't be me mind. 50 odd years or not, although I'm sure it will be all my fault.

Just bought both of my lot online. Says digital tickets to be sent. Assume season cards will just be activated for the game ? Or is a separate qr code coming ?
