Relegation was avoided this season because of the flying start we got and (whether we like or not) Beale's ability to get the players motivated and the team punching above its weight. I fear for next season. Cuts will have to be made to try and stem the losses. This will put is in a theoretical weaker position starting next season and will need good management if we are not to be down in the bottom region of the table. Good management in terms of getting the right players on board on a tight budget and getting the most of that group on a consistent basis on match days.
