Just seen some pictures and stuff on the news.

They look utterly ridiculous in those crowns for **** sake.
That type of **** just hasn't aged well. Like Charles's fingers tbh.

 

What is with them? Is it some i8nd of medical condition i wonder.

I thought someone had photoshopped cartoon crowns on them when I first saw it.

 

If they wore them every day we'd get used to them.

 

Would probably get used to them wearing giant penis hats if they wore them every day too.

Can't help but agree ... but bizarrely his mum looked pretty good when wearing hers at her Coronation...

 

I can't help but think looking at those crowns, it makes it all seem very archaic. I wouldn't even call it tradition, it's like something that should have been left in a bygone era, pompous nonsense.

Ironically, the crowns of earlier kings in the Middle Ages were much simpler and ‘modest’. Early Germanic kings didn’t even have crowns at all, except maybe an elaborate helmet, and many were elective monarchies. Back then, kingship was fairly practical i.e. a warrior chieftain who was chosen based on his character and abilities. However, in the 21st century, having a head of state based on whose minge they fell out of is utterly ridiculous.
