<peacedove>Liverpool away to Leicester on Monday 15th May 2023. This is a Monday night football (MNF), We have done away with London clubs now and we did very well against them recently. We are three points behind Newcastle and would call it four points because they have better goal difference .We are one point behind Manchester United and United also have a game in hand. Both Newcastle and Manchester United losing yesterday has given us a slim hope of finishing in the top four provided we win all our remaining three games. No room for error against Leicester.
Leicester is not going to be easy game because they are fighting relegation, they are lost fo Fulham today 5:3
Referee has not yet been appointed for this game.

rememebr last season? we should have smashed thier no cb defence.

I'm just glad we now have a few days to recover some energy.

We now go monday, saturday, Sunday.

We should be ok to have a bit more energy and chase this.

Utd are Saturday, saturday, thursday, sunday but every one of thier opponents are on the beach. THere should be absolutely not excuse to not win 3 of these.

Newcastle Saturday, thursday, monday, sunday. If we put leciester away then I see some really desperate sides chasing points off this lot.

The probelm is both of these sides play ****ing cheslea. and that horrid pile of ****e will roll over for everyone.

We need a leeds win this weekend over newcastle IMO.

All United's league opponents left are bottom half of the table dregs

Fulham in 10th is the most difficult opponent they have left. The rest are just teams wallowing in the bottom half with no ability... Like Chelsea.

My hopes are more on utd than Newcastle as they are running on fumes. Wolves aren't great, but they're capable of frustrating the opposition.

Leicester will be tricky for us but I've been satisfied with our defence of late, and we should be able to exploit them on set pieces.

Just play out the games and see what happens, massive bonus if we **** Utd over but it seems unlikely.

Chelsea winning a game shows that at this level even the smallest most backwards teams can cause an upset.

Either Leicester respond by being defeated before they kick off against us, or they put in a world class performance to make up for being stuffed so badly by Fulham.

Hopefully they're still feeling defeated when we play them.

Yes, they will clearly learn from this and make sure they spend more this summer to make up for it.
