    3-0 win.
We've already secured promotion so I won't be getting up at 4am to tune in. I'll watch the replay on Sunday evening. Obviously I hope we get a better result than Plymouth and win the title. If promotion was riding on this match I'd get up, but it's not, so I won't.

Enjoy the game everyone, I'll chime in once I've seen it.

    Come on Ipswich!

Having seen all the Plymouth fans going in about how we've bought promotion and goal difference counting for nothing, one part of me would love it if results today meant we beat them on GD for Champions, but I'm not that fussed, promotion was the main aim.

I agree Bigal, getting right on my thruppennies. You can have all the money in the world and spend it on all the players but that doesn't guarantee success, look at Chelsea, forest etc..I can't be bothered to check, but I assume Plymouth have had no players on loan this season?

Plymouth have had loads of loan signings, it will be interesting to see how many they will be able to retain, i think they also have loads of players out of contract too!!
Tbh don't give a toss about Plymouth, they will be back down next season, whilst we will be pushing for top 6!!

I’ll be watching, but sticking my neck out and reckon we may actually drop points today, 1-1 draw. Promotion already secured.

Bit unprofessional from Town today. I was a bit surprised to see the beers in the dressing room last week. Clarke will probably miss the start of the Championship. I’m sure the good that comes out of today will be that the team will hate the feeling of disappointment and want to avoid being slack again.

The result didn't matter in the end, the job was done last weekend. I thought we were pretty good today but definitely not at the level we have been at, going forwards we were good but I thought we were a little bit lose at the back, and perhaps understandably Ball and in particular Donacien looked a little rusty on the ball. In fact add Ladapo to that also (what an amazing finish though) . It wasn't awful but I don't think I've seen us that sloppy at the back all season.

Still shows how far we came, as in seasons gone past that would have been a great performance.

Sadly we didn't win the title but it really makes no difference, Championship football next season.

Ball may well be a good player, but he's not Morsy. Clarke clearly better than Donacien. A couple of mistakes from McKenna today in the team selection but it really doesn't matter because even with a win, we would still have finished second.

Obviously, I'm very proud of everyone involved at ITFC for delivering promotion. It's gone pretty much the way I expected. Get relegated, think you're good enough to go straight back up. Fail for a couple of seasons and then realise that you have to play like and be a good League One team in order to get out of League One. Make the adjustments, recognize you are a League One team and then play the right way against the multitude of styles to get the results to go up. We're not the first and won't be the last team relegated to division 3 that will tread this path.

“Clarke clearly better than Donacien.” - this kind of thing winds me up. Even if Clarke had not come on and got himself sent straight off, Donacien has been an absolute rock all the time he was a regular under McKenna and now he’s understandably rusty. Everyone was making mistakes, it was an absolute **** show including from all the regulars. It tells us nothing about Ball or Donacien and it had nothing to do with team selection and everything to do with the whole squad being on the piss from Saturday to Tuesday.
