Yes could have won but tbh arsenal missed a good 3 one on one's themselves.... I think a draw would have been about right ...in the end arsenal scored a long range goal and an own goal......... arsenal are up there on level with Man City..... the rest including newcastle are a huge gulf behind.

 

Despite all this I'm still proud of what we have achieved

I watched the second half in the old george i'm afraid, not that i missed much, good job i've got a strong neck.

 

Absolutely and even 5th is a great 1st season... I think Newcastle will beat Leeds and then I'm not sure Brighton will survive the atmosphere like arsenal managed to Today.

I can't even be arsed being a miserable wind up merchant I can see that team is good enough to win 2 of the last 4 .

I turned round at first in a jovial manner saying come on let's get behind the lads as no **** was singing, most people smiled and clapped but one bloke behind me took exception and said "we are all season ticket holders here " i said what has that got to do with anything then his mate or whoever it was grabbed me by the neck and we were on the floor, got out of it and next thing stewards were there and i got chucked oot, was about 4 of them, one even admitted i shouldn't be thrown out but this senior bloke was adamant i was going out.

 

So basically you got chinned and kicked out for picking a fight with some regulars who needed to take out their VAR discrepancies on someone.

 

Hmmm season ticket holders generally will know the steward so will take the word of him rather than you but 4 of them ?
