From my life lessons, I'd say coca cola will fook you up the quickest, just due to the pure amount of sugar in it, then chocolate will eventually send your sats through the roof. I've had to stop having both, although no one will notice if I slip some coke into a JD now and then.
Sugar free stuff tends to prevent you from gaining weight, yet, according to doctors these days still contributes to diabetes.
I don't touch any of the diet stuff, it's just a load of marketing bolloxs to me, they still chuck sweeteners in it. If you want to be unhealthy, just go full on fat coke cut out the middle man.
