Salah's been good for the last month TBF. No coincidence that the entire team as been playing better and Mo's firm picks up. Reason I was saying he been poor was his attitude (stats have remained good throughout), almost like he was sulking. Maybe us playing better and pressing higher makes him happier.

it does make that game a real 6 pointer for Europe. we have just gapped villa and spurs though, thats important. spurs are toast imo but we still play villa so a massive 4 point gap just opened up which basically puts us in the box seat for europa league.
5 wins in a row in the league as well. I just think the whole thing is gone a little leggy now but they will be feeling better. Brentford will absolutely beat them up physically.
there is that. in the end any other season we'd expect to win these 4 games. they are in the end games any top side should win. Brentford Leicester villa Southampton however brentford should beat us up, leciester are desperate, villa have emry and he will see how to get past our no rb system and Southampton will be saying bye to the prem at home. 12 points would be automatic last year, but this year???
A bit of a dull performance, but at this stage of a difficult season I'll take any sort of win. Get as high up the table as we can, and be ready for next season.
