    As a younger supporter, to me we've always played at the 'Stadium of Light'. I've not known the roker roar or other things people on here get nostalgic about, the Stadium of Light is nostalgia for me and I'd be sad to see it go.

  2. Agree with the last paragraph but they should do a fans vote, like the ones who turn up week in week out and give them some options to choose from. They did that a few years back with an away strip, think it was during the Reid era..

    I wouldn't say no history. And the other stadium you are referring to isn't the Estádio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica, situated in the parish of Luz in Lisbon is it? Besides how many Olympic stadiums are there, or St James's's'ss's?

    Theres plenty of stadiums with Santiago, or St James in it. Its odd though that only some foreign stadiums get translated in English.
