Looks better than that canned stuff you drink. I always remember in my younger days, I would never drink anything out of a can because it tasted so bloody awful. Hence I have always stood by only ever buying anything in bottles and on tap in a pub.
Looks like Moretti, weirdly. Was drinking pints of £7.50 yellow again yesterday. That's right, seven pounds ****ing fifty pence a pint!
^^^^^^^^ Verdant Sun Dialer on Friday, £5.50 a pint at Beer Reef. Verdant Light Bulb yesterday, £7.50 a pint in Media City. Thieving bastards.
60p for my pint of soda and blackcurrant yesterday and they let you order Deliveroo to eat in the pub.
Been to Wickes this afternoon ... 12 bags of postcrete and 10 gravel boards ... loaded up and off loaded when home ... no fookin discount on the postcode, robbing bastards ... now having a well earned glass of Rioja - Majestic were doing a up to 33% off bank holiday offer ...
I was always the same and took some convincing otherwise but they layer the cans now with something and there's little or no difference.
My kid drinks the stuff. He use to bring cans round of Luv's stuff, I think he was telling his dad he don't want to drink my shhite lol. What's up with Ruddles I ask you lol.
Nowt mate but seemed to go off traditional bitters a few years back, like a nice HPA, Golden Glow or Enville Ale now again though.
I used to like the old style bitter but it just died off over time, bring that stuff back it's great.
I remember something called a pint of twos I think it was, which was half bitter then a bottle of mild.
I just remember getting served half a bitter in a pint glass, then the bottle of mild handed to you with it, sometimes partly poured. I was probably 16 or 17 at the time - that's how long ago it was. Always use to go down the pub with workmates on payday (every Friday).
