Sprinting at someone aggressively and then stopping when you get too close to them isn’t passion, it’s just called being a ****. It’s the same behaviour when some of our 15-year-old wannabe hooligans charge at away fans when we score but stop at the invisible barrier. Even more embarrassing for Klopp is that he’s the ****ing manager. Wouldn’t see a classy coach like Ancelotti doing such antics.
Lmao he pulled a hamstring.. and chill the fk out, if we get back to the promised.land and win a game like it in that fashion you'd say Jack Sh1t if Rosie did it, and how many times do opposing fans rag each other after they score. I prefer passion to a dull fest
Good, shows he cares to me tbh, if ya gonna be a nice nicer when sh1t is hitting the fan then ya need to be jn another job, everyone loved Phil Brown but when the famous naughty step episodes started happening and he was fkn off to race meetings when the senior pros stayed behind to train, he got questioned about it by Burnsy and got prickly. Now that I can't accept, fkn off when needed, but protecting ya team to the press, good lad. We have no idea what he says to them behind closed doors.
I dont know if it was planned but Souness has just retired from Sky.... he's one of the people who's opinions you had to respect....
I’m conflicted. Sometimes he made really astute observations about games, managers, players etc. and other times he just talked ****e like when he said Ukraine should automatically qualify for Qatar because they were being invaded.
Watched Leeds get thumped (great support ... my arse. More fickle even than us lot!). Then watched Driff RUFC playing Havant at Twickenham in a final. Not really into rugby, but tbf that was a damn good watch. Great effort from Driff, beating them 34-17. Live streamed on You Tube (apologies, I should have posted it on here for anyone who was interested).
Couldn't believe the Leeds fans reaction to the players toward the end and at the end. Not all, but a majority singing "you're not fit to wear the shirt". Their players had given everything they could for 90 mins, and at that end they seemed totally bewildered by the reaction of this majority of fans. Just what they needed to hear when they have 4 crucial games to go. I could understand it if they were chanting against their manager or board, but not the players who fought like hell but came up short. Hopefully they fail to get even one more point this season. Entitled idiots.
Oscar, straight red for something so innocous, where he couldn't have known the player was there. Jota stays on the pitch .... and scores the late winner. Explain that one?
Good post. There was more than a smattering of this kind of ****wittery towards the end of Grant McCann’s tenure. Simply no need for it.
rotherham beat boro and guarantee they stay up (playing in the same league consecutively for the first time since 2016) as well as luton finishing third reading seemingly all but down at this point huddersfield v reading last game of the season... huge reading can only match huddersfield on points however huddersfield can guarantee their survival if they avoid defeat to sheff utd on thursday
Boro getting beat now means that Luton are guaranteed to finish third regardless of any further results. They may well rest players for their game against us, with individual players aiming to avoid injury before the playoffs. We should therefore batter them.
