Mind you Just seen the new East Riding Tory leader is strongly in favour of a devolution deal with a Mayor, so maybe things will move again. Should be one for whole Humber area though IMHO.

Would this theoretically increase our population numbers to include much of the East Riding? Thus, redistributing more government money into potentially the city areas? If so, I'm all for that.
