Buzzing with the result today, especially with that flat first half performance. Showed character as we aren’t going to steamroll every team within the first few minutes as we did spurs. Looking at the league table, we’re 99% assured for Europe now. Wether that’s from the Conference League upto the CL, which is just unbelievable to say really. We can’t mathematically finish any lower than 8th now and it would only take one more point to finish above Spurs & Villa meaning we won’t finish any lower than 6th. Don’t think I’ve ever known a club transform in such a short space of time. Even Amanda and Ghadoussi are shocked by it. What a job Eddie has done, manager of the season for me (& that’s without any bias) I’m just gonna enjoy the rest of the season and whatever happens, happens.. regardless I’ll still be amazed at what our great club has achieved already. Brought my love to an all time high for the club I’ve adored since the day I was born. HWTL.
A few months ago we wouldn't have changed a thing until 70 minutes. Howe has improved too, I was critical of his decision making during matches at one stage, he was far too slow in making the necessary changes. Now, he knows to do it fast, he self reflects and that's positive.
When Wilson hit the bar (twice) at the end he should have let the ball roll as there was a player behind him in a better position. Can’t blame him mind.
