Firstly let's show some manners and respect by congratulating Gary O'Neil and Bournemouth on a fantastic season so far. To have achieved what they have after a disastrous 9-0 loss to Liverpool at the beginning of the season is outstanding <applause>

Now on to us and where we go from here.

Firstly Gracia has to be be replaced with immediate effect even if that means Skoobs takes over for the last 4 games. Hopefully though we can appoint the manager/coach who will take us forward next season and if not now then as soon as the season is finished.

The fans turned on the players today which means we're now in complete disarray. Difficult for our players when your goalkeeper costs you 2 goals whilst all our best efforts are either being saved or blocked. Decent enough performances from Harrison, Gnonto, Roca, Wober and when he came on Forshaw so that will be hard for some of them to take and that's why personally I don't like it when fans blame the team as a whole.

The small chance we have of staying up is now fading fast, other clubs such as Forest and Leicester are fully united behind their players, coaches and owners whereas we are a divided, desperate and unharmonious shambles.

    It's the Leeds way isn't it ?

We can't just go down and accept it with good grace before bouncing back.

No we have to self implode and destroy every last chance of staying up, whilst at the same time giving teams equally as poor a massive boost in their survival chances.

I’d have to say the fans have been outstanding. Remarkably patient and supportive through the past 24 months. shambles. Pity the employees of the club don’t reciprocate

Yeh but we can't just go down like any normal club can we ?

We have to be at each others throats and wanting rid of everyone involved at the club...owners, board, DOF, coach & players.

Maybe just think about all of that for a moment.

Keep anyone worth keeping and get rid of the dross. Let’s see what’s left. Nothing to do with any of us anyway as we’re merely supporters

Javi Gracia insists he still has ‘belief’ in Leeds player

    By Phil Hay

Javi Gracia insists he still has belief in his Leeds United players but concedes his side “have to change the dynamic” after their 4-1 loss at Bournemouth on Sunday.

The result leaves Leeds without a win in five Premier League matches and only a point above the relegation zone, having played a game more than 18th-placed Leicester City and 19th-placed Everton.

“We tried to change the dynamic,” Gracia said after the match. “We were coming from some performances where we didn’t compete at the same level we could.

“We tried to find a better balance with the players who were fit. We lost Luis Sinisterra (to an ankle injury) with the last game and it was a good chance to see other players compete. That was my idea.

“I don’t like to speak much about our situation in the table but of course we have tough games. We need to keep our mentality to believe, to work hard in these next games. It’s the only way I know to deal with the situation.

“You know when I arrived the situation was even worse than now. Of course, the last results are tough but we have to change the dynamic.”

Leeds were 2-0 up at the Vitality Stadium inside 25 minutes thanks to a Jefferson Lerma double, before Patrick Bamford pulled a goal back.

Second-half goals from Dominic Solanke and Antoine Semenyo, however, condemned Leeds to their fifth defeat in seven matches. Leeds have only won three of Gracia’s 11 league matches in charge since the Spaniard took over from Jesse Marsch in February.

“We are a young team,” Gracia continued. “Young players sometimes need these process, to make mistakes, to learn from them. It’s something in this moment that is hard to accept.

“But I believe in my players. You need character, you need other values, I think my players have them. At half-time against Palace, everything changed. We have to find a way to recover our level. We have to do it as soon as possible.

“The only way to try and change is to work and to believe in the players we have. I have to try to help my players to play better and to find a way to be better, defending better, attacking better. It’s my job. I have to try and help them in a better way.”

Leeds have four matches remaining this season, with their next fixture a trip to Manchester City next Saturday. They then host Newcastle United the following weekend, before a trip to West Ham United and the visit of Tottenham Hotspur to end the campaign.

Usually I'd be fully behind your post. However, this lot of players, since Palace equalised at ER, have not tried their best. They are making the same mistakes match after match. They don't track opponents runs, some don't look committed, everything is someone else's fault, there's no professionalism out there. I'm kinda glad the fans turned on the players today. There appears to be no motivation or inspiration from the coaches or indeed the players themselves. Maybe they need a kick up the arse and its been delivered by the fans this afternoon. If they don't respond to that then it's all about done. It's a last resort but it needed to be heard.
