    We're away to Tenerife on Tuesday.

    A meditation and mindfulness yoga retreat for the ritual cleansing of the body and the mind.






    At least that's what I've told the Missus I've booked. Hopefully after her first G+T she'll have forgotten that.

    Just got back from a couple of weeks in Oman. Beautiful and very relaxing. Very expensive drinks mind and I live in Stockholm!

    read an article about oman, it's meant to be a very good place for a holiday and not very known
    with apparently great food

    About £13.50 for a bottle of Heineken and around £80 for a bottle of Wolf Blass Chardonnay in the hotel we stayed in.

    I was being flippant in my reply Chaz. We were staying in a very fancy hotel, to celebrate my 50th birthday and our wedding anniversary, so we knew what the prices were going to be like.
