Ye it's definitely Muriqi but he'll have loads of interest after this season at Mallorca. Haji Wright was only a couple of million
Wright moved for 1.8m last summer but is valued a lot higher than that now after the season he's had. Imagine adding Muriqi and Twine to a fully fit forward line though...
I don’t see how we could ever get Muriqi now. £7 million bid last summer, he signed a five-year deal at Mallorca, has had a good season so his stock has risen therefore he’d cost a bomb. Plus he’s 29 so even if we did sign him, he wouldn’t have much resale value. Just my opinion but I think there’s probably much cheaper options available that we could make a profit on in the future.
Transfermarkt player values only takes into account what the fee for the player would be if a club bought them out of their contract, it doesn't show what the value of the deal is, which is what we normally see reported in the media.
As I’ve said, my issue isn’t with the sizing so much as the actual fit. The skin-tight look is naff even on lean people. They end up looking like the base layers players wear. Idk, just my personal opinion. Kappa have made some really nice kits that are regular fit with collars recently though.
They don't, but Antalyaspor do. It won't be Muriqi, unless it's a loan and even then he would cost more than we could pay for somebody just as good.
It's come from a vague tweet about what the owner said post match. If he's simply referring to a 7m deal total value or straight fee isn't really specified. It's either Wright or Twine, I'd say.
Kompany rates Twine, it won't be him. He also had a pretty bad injury and has only paid 12 times this season, no way will we pay £7m for him.
ST the £7m figure being mentioned was a bid from last year Acun was on about. He went elsewhere and now supposedly wants to come. Not a £7m bid now..
