Thought I'd give you a bit of extra time to contemplate this one and fret a bit more. We have done exceptionally well over the last couple of weeks but I have to admit that I have all along thought this particular game would be potentially the hardest of the ones we had left. Burton had an awful start to the season and couldn't buy a win for love nor money. However, they have made a strong comeback and have beaten some top sides on the way. They will be difficult. They are safe so they have no worries about losing this game if they do and therefore have the freedom to play and have a go. I doubt they are "on the beach" as is the quote often made at this stage of the season. I've never really believed in that anyway. We need to be up for this. Can we win is the question I always ask. Well be sure we definately have the form to do so and the form book says we should. Worrying for nothing? Maybe. I think this season we will do it even if Argyle never ever go the easy route.

I'd never get over the barrier BC. Besides once the game is sorted then it's wasting Bar time doing anything else.

I’d describe myself as very nervous but deep down, confident. Work that one out.

I think we do better when opponents try to take us on and give us room to play. If we struggle, it’s against 11 behind the ball in their final third.

They can take us on at their own risk.

Hopefully we haven’t picked up any more injuries and perhaps have a couple coming back. Ben Waine and Connor Grant would be good…,.

There is a league wide ban on televising English football games in the UK during the 3pm slot on Saturdays. It’s something Simon Hallett believes should be scrapped and I read the other day that it may be changed when the new England-wide TV contracts are let.

In the meantime, we can only get live Argyle for evening games, mainly on weekdays, or the odd early kick off like Exeter away, as long as such games are not picked up by Sky et al.

I presume we will be able to watch the Port Vale game. Although there is a full league programme, it’s not on a Saturday. I’m not sure though.

That is a bummer....watched an Argyle game recently.....but that was an away game with a single camera set up.....that was obviously not Argyle TV.

I’m going to leave the match report to Sensible as I’d rather read what he thinks.

What I will say is that the only people in the ground without frayed nerves appeared to be the team and their management. I don’t think they thought they’d fail for a moment and they didn’t!
