Just spoke to the step daughter and the grandson is absolutely bouncing! So much so that instead of driving up about 12 so he can get pictures with the players as they come in, it's changed to getting the 11 o'clock train up cos he's doing her head in! Do if anyone's in the fans museum around half 11 and see a bouncing 7 year old asking if we can go to the ground yet, that'll be us!
Whittylad, having driven six hours up to the Highlands yesterday with his lass ... ... has just set off to drive down and back for the match
That’s brilliant ! That’s my game face by the way. I don’t want people being intimidated. please log in to view this image
@RTB, thanks for all your efforts over the season, you do a cracking job, and really appreciated. Just 4 more to do then a well earned rest It's great reading where everyone is travelling from to get to this game...that's some commitment , but comes as no surprise. Our fans are just top class. I'm hoping to be back in the house by about 2.50/55 from the Mrs dialysis at the Freeman, so will be watching on iptv, will be on here, and will be with you all in spirit. Safe journey lads, and here's hoping your journey home will be a very merry one . Whatever the result today though, I'm proud of these lads....what a season they have given us. I'm going for 3 - 1.
Me and the missus are having a jolly old saunter up to Sunderland from Seaham (it’s our fitness resolution for getting next seasons season tickets) hitting victors for a swift pint (I’m oncall duty manager later today so I need to be compus mentus) Come on Sunderland haway the lads !
Heading over to Sunlun in 3 hours. Want to get there nice and early - get parked up reasonably close, take the kids to the Fanzone and maybe partake in a pre-match pint. Big crowd, big game, big moment in our immediate future. Ha'way the lads
That's very kind mate, I found one this morning as my train was approaching Edinburgh ... ... great bunch of supporters we have
No problem, the lad is from Seaham, I would have went and got them but his other half is in North Shields and he is up there today
From the Watford forum ... Pedro has not travelled with the squad today. Expecting the club to announce a hamstring injury.
