I put £40 on Madrid as their odds were something like 7/2 compared to City being odds on favourite. Seemed crazy odds given madrids Forms not just this yea but every year in the comp

Does mean now I’ve bet on them that city will win

Nobody does, apart from their fans - but we'd get a lot more fun out of City failing again.

    Wow
Looking at speculation over Utd takeover bids
    Sources claiming 5Billion
    Wow

if Utd end up owned by oil states - no way will anything happen to them. While it’s City and Newcastle you could imagine a glimmer that the powers that be may do something
(Not that I think they should - been through that one loads)
However - if Utd are bought then it’s good night Vienna imho

    nah.

it just adds to the list of clubs that are defunct and replaced by pure evil.

    cheslea went bankrupt in 2004.
city went bankrupt after the Thai corrupt pm ****ed off
newcastle were wound up by Ashley
utd will go the way of Newton heath

it won't matter where any oligarch fc, qae fc, Saudi blood Inc or Qatar slaughterers even play.

the prem/super league might even sign off on them moving to their own countries. who knows.

the prime rule that is required is to ban sponsorships inputting to budgets.

let the TV and prize money be the transfer and wages and let these oil states build white elephants all they want.

if they want a 200k stadium with 6 star hotels and pay fans to come in fine. you still can only fund tour team from about 200mil total.

Yes - I know you think that :emoticon-0110-tongu However as yet none of those clubs have folded or look in the slightest bit of danger

Imho if Madrid and Barca can survive what they have just ‘gone through’ then I can’t see anyone ever getting done

they don't exist as the clubs that were founded and supported by fans

man city played at maine Road and were **** with legends like Keith curle.

uae Inc play at a stolen commonwealth stadium and the only evidence left of any link to the former club is about 20% of the people who sit in that stadium.and a club badge

literally nothing else exists of it.

newcastle will shortly be in the same scenario. they can move the club to the said capital shortly.

Brighton closing in on our goal difference. Just one behind us.

Regarding Everton, they still have a decent chance of survival, as always it's very tight at the bottom...

... But on the off chance they are relegated do you think we should throw them a going away party? I'll bring the unsweetened lemonade, nice and bitter.

    Huge results right now.

Forest have thrown it away themselves.

    Lost 2-1 from 1-0 up.

Nava should have stopped first. Down to 10 after using all subs and danilo limping off

    Down to Cooper this.

Took off players leading 1-0 when they are doing fine.

Instability then and boom game over, and probably down.

If Everton were to go down I would expect them to bounce straight back.

They have more spending power than pretty much any team that's been the in the championship ever and I can't see them having a mass exodus as who would want any of them.
Pickford, Onana and Cavlert-Lewin are possibly their only sought after assets.

And tbh those 3 could easily be replaced with what they would need.

Don’t think they do? They’re under investigation for failing ffp… champ is even more strict than prem in implementing ffp.

Think they would have to get rid of people to get wages off the books more than anything, especially with stadium being built.
