Looks like you have fried the underside of the eggs for about 5 minutes and didn't bother flipping them over. Meatballs look raw. Is that a lump of mayonnaise inbetween them?

Unsurprisingly it's a no from me.

It's leftover slow cooked lamb so yes. The rice and peas (beans) is what is usually served with it and a big South American thing. I like it tbh.
