Been watching Saints for many, many years and whitnessed many many relegation battles, but I've never seen such a spineless, gutless set of performanes. OK the sides not good enough but to not even test there keeper in a game you have to win is unforgivable.
The sooner that this lot leave and we totally rebuild the better, problem is that the owners will still be in place pulling the strings.
    In need alcohol.

I think what is wrenching more than anything, is that there will be no consequences for these players and I feel like they are acutely aware of the fact, so they just don’t feel the pressure of relegation.

Of course this is true at other clubs, but I just don’t think ours have the professionalism that the others do to at least try and put in a good performance.

Selles isn’t a twatting grifter like Jones, but he is just anathema, a nothing man, an empty voice who says pretty words, an absolutely perfect encapsulation of everything that has happened at this club this season.

my problem is when we are in the championship i think we will struggle
yes we hope a lot of the players leave but based on that gutless performance who will be interested in them
if they do move on they will be devalued and we will not get anything like the values that have been banded about previously

By the way, I thought we were quite lucky not to have a penalty against us for Beddy's handball.

Sports Republic's "We're so ****ing clever" tactical plan has buried this club in the Championship for years to come.

Utterly mental that they've managed to alienate the fan base, consign us to the drop with one of our worst ever points totals, set records for most home defeats, employ 3 different managers in the season (all worse than their predecessor) and at the same time spend £100 million plus on total, utter dross.

I'm sick of pointless marketing slogans, I'm sick of ****ing light shows and surveys and I'm sick of boring turgid football. I don't give a flying **** about the womens team. I couldn't give 2 ****s for brass bands and ****ing DJ booths. I want my club back. If SR are sticking around, then they have a mountain to climb to get the fans back on side.

I really don't know how the summer is going to pan out, but I've a feeling we're not going to like it, because they see absolutely nothing wrong with the decisions that they've made. We'll get more of the same.

**** you Rasmus, you utter utter bellend. **** you SR for undoing all the work of Nige, Poch, Puel and even ****ing Hughes. In one season you've ****ed everything. Utter, utter ****s

Must admit, I did enjoy going down to the tunnel at FT and hurling abuse as they trudged off.

    Utter bunch of useless ****ers.

I don’t think he would’ve, because he didn’t. Last season I (like everyone else) watched us be a pathetic bunch of ****s for half a season. We had fantastic performances/results under him but ultimately we were always a bottom half team. The consistent in that run was a group of players who have been here for 4/5/6+ years, that’s who I lay the blame with for the decline

I’ll add, Bompey played with passion, aggression & even a bit of swagger. Deserved their win, just about.

The bit they missed off at the end was “and lose every single other match in the season”.

Brighton signing Joao Pedro. Remember when we used to make good signings like that?

A game of opinions, I don't strongly disagree, but I still think there might have been there three or four game winning streak, that his enthusiasm could bring. Anyhow, I don't think any would can argue that would we be closer to survival with Ralph than the last two clowns

I’m sorry, you think the guy who took just two months ago took Chelsea to a UCL quarter final against Real Madrid is going to come and manage Southampton in the Championship?!

The sad thing is that a few years back, SFC were beginning to pick up.a new generation of supporters in the wake of the double promotions and first 3/4 season's back in the Premiership.with youngsters proudly displaying their affiliations on the playing fields around South Hampshire and beyond. I think if I was in Fareham today, I would not see a young
    person wearing a Saints shirt!

Selles is pathetic. Went to 3 at the back in the 2nd half when he should have brought on Che or Sulemana for JWP and go for it. Not that it would made a difference because the players are a bunch of spineless ****s. Never been more ashamed of a Saints squad.

Oh can we have a fans forum at the end of the season and all ST holders get a paintball gun to fire at Rasmus Ankersen.

Do feel a bit for the better players. Imagine having to play with that. Alcatraz did okay and KWP was ****ed from minute one.

Gary! We all have different things but I would never comment on you or anyone posting knob comments as I try to respect people so I don't think there was any need for your PS comment!
