Think the frustration is we were a mid table PL club and now it looks like we might be a mid table Championship side with an uncertain future . As I say the under performance and poor results don’t help the mood and fans getting the silent treatment from the powers that be . Sure if we were still in contention for promotion as was the club expectation . things wouldn’t so tox
Yet again having seen the highlights and the stats we should not have lost this game Hull had 2 shots, 1 on target which was the penalty and how the ref missed the hand ball is beyond belief
I wasn't there but yes looks like he players gave their best and could have got something. Even Wilder said we were unlucky and given his rant the other night after a poor performance don't think he would just say that to be nice in public.
Watching the highlights, maybe we created enough for a draw. It was a stonewall pen for us too. I bet Pozzo is itching to sack Wilder, but will wait to the end of the season to replace him when his contract expires. What a mess we are in.
Wilder is probably lucky he is going anyway and there is discontent generally as I think fans would be calling for him to go or he would have done already .
I think that there is nothing that anyone can do with this squad. JP10, Asprilla, and a few others aside - they are either not up to it or intent on not playing to their best.
