Six hours sleep last night. Quite good for me.

Walk down to the marina and back and a bit of breakfast in Brighton somewhere. Got the day off but the weather is meant to be **** after midday. Will catch up Newcastle 6-1 Spurs after.

Nowt mate, my old man is stage 4. I've moved to Liverpool to look after him until the end. We just spend our days gambling tbh

I've made the breakfasts and put a load of washing in. I'm off to the bookies soon and then it'll be time to make dinner when I'm back.
